Kingwood House Stables facilities include two all-weather gallops, a woodchip gallop, sand canter and numerous grass gallops spread over acres on the Farncombe Downs. An equine spa, treadmill, salt room, 100 boxes and an indoor ride.

MY SILENT AUCTION ITEMS

MY HORSES TO FOLLOW FOR 2021

Albasheer (Ire)

2018 chesnut colt by Shamardal (USA) ex Mutebah (Ire) (Marju (Ire))

Shadwell Estate Company Ltd

He won his maiden impressively last year at Doncaster, and then ran well when second in the Champagne, following that sixth in the Dewhurst on ground he hated. Looking forward to this season with him.

Anmaat (Ire)

2018 bay gelding by Awtaad (Ire) ex African Moonlight (UAE) (Halling (USA))

Shadwell Estate Company Ltd

Only the one start last year where he finished second to a decent horse of Godolphin’s. Proving he has ability so hoping for an exciting season with him.

Danyah (Ire)

2017 bay gelding by Invincible Spirit (Ire) ex Cuis Ghaire (Ire) (Galileo (Ire))

Shadwell Estate Company Ltd

Never out of the first three last season, winning twice. Will have entries in all the top mile handicaps and hopefully he will pick one up.

Dawaam (USA)

2016 bay gelding by Kitten’s Joy (USA) ex Nereid (USA) (Rock Hard Ten (USA))

Shadwell Estate Company Ltd

He hasn’t too many miles on the clock and ended up winning nicely at the end of last season. We have given him a wind op and on his home work we should have some fun with him this season.

Hukum (Ire)

2017 bay colt by Sea The Stars (Ire) ex Aghareed (USA) (Kingmambo (USA))

Shadwell Estate Company Ltd

Won at Royal Ascot, then a Group 3 at Newbury. He probably didn’t quite stay in the St Leger. Hoping he’ll develop into a top middle distance horse this season.

Minzaal (Ire)

2018 bay colt by Mehmas (Ire) ex Pardoven (Ire) (Clodovil (Ire))

Shadwell Estate Company Ltd

Proved himself to be one of the top sprinting two year olds last season with an easy win in the Gimcrack and a good third in the Middle Park. Unfortunately injured himself in the stable just before Christmas and required surgery so will miss the first half of the season.

Taawfan (Ire)

2017 bay filly by Night Of Thunder (Ire) ex Ameerat (GB) (Mark Of Esteem (Ire))

Sheikh Ahmed Al Maktoum

She ran some good races last year and was unlucky to only win the once at Windsor. Works to a decent level at home so will be hopeful that we can add to that this year.
