MY SILENT AUCTION ITEMS

MY HORSES TO FOLLOW FOR 2021

Brave Kingdom (Fr)

2016 bay gelding by Brave Mansonnien (Fr) ex New Foundation (Ire) (College Chapel (GB))

Graeme Moore, Kate & Andrew Brooks

Brave Kingdom was very impressive when winning in his bumper at Fontwell in February. He has a huge amount of raw ability and will improve for hurdles and then fences.

Calidad (Ire)

2016 bay gelding by Califet (Fr) ex La Feuillarde (Fr) (Nikos (GB))

Harry Whittington & Partners II

Caidad ran with plenty of promise in a Cheltenham bumper in October before fading into mid division. He has had a wind operation since and will run in a bumper in April before going novice hurdling next season. He is a chaser in the making and a horse we hold in high regard.

Dargiannini (Ire)

2015 bay gelding by Fame And Glory (GB) ex You Take Care (Ire) (Definite Article (GB))

Dominic Burke & Kate & Andrew Brooks

Dargiannini was a very impressive bumper winner who has also since won nicely over hurdles this spring. He has the pedigree to keep progressing and we hope he will make into a top class chaser one day.

Docpickedme (Ire)

2016 chesnut gelding by Getaway (Ger) ex Hard Luck (Ire) (Old Vic (GB))

Jockey Club Ownership (South West 2020) Limited

Docpickedme won a novice hurdle nicely and is one who should progress as he goes up in trip. He will be suited to staying handicaps, and he also has the size to jump fences in the future.

Franigane (Fr)

2015 chesnut gelding by Coastal Path (GB) ex Nobless D’Aron (Fr) (Ragmar (Fr))

Edgedale & Robinsons

Franigane has won nicely over hurdles and is every inch a horse for the fences next season. He will start off in novice handicaps over two miles and we hope he will progress into a decent handicap chaser.

Torigni (Fr)

2016 bay gelding by Palace Episode (USA) ex Princesse Stesa (Fr) (Nikos (GB))

Simon Munir & Isaac Souede

Torigni is an exciting two to two-and-a-half mile handicap hurdler. He has shaped with loads of promise on soft ground, but we think he will improve for better ground. He has enough size to jump a fence one day.

HELP TO SUPPORT THE OPEN DAY

MAKE A DONATION

For over 30 years, The Lambourn Open Day has been the chief provider of funds for the welfare of our superb and hard working stable staff.

All the profits go towards helping them and their families. The bulk of the money goes to our Registered Charity, The Lambourn Valley Housing Trust. Please see below. The rest, about 10%, goes to helping various facilities for them, such as the Lambourn School, their Sports Club etc, as well as to the Thames Valley Air Ambulance.
